MEET + GREET POLICY
To ensure the best experience for both your pet and my/your home, a meet & greet is required before booking any service.
For boarding services, I also require a 4-hour trial stay (half-day visit) before your pet's first overnight stay. This gives your pet a chance to become familiar with the environment and allows me to make sure they're comfortable and that it's a good fit for everyone.
The meet & greet and trial stay help create a safe, low-stress experience and set your pet up for a successful stay.
Bookings cannot be confirmed until these requirements have been completed.
